Terms of Service

QuickieBill ("QuickieBill", "we", "us") provides invoicing and Saudi ZATCA (FATOORA) e-invoicing software delivered over the web and mobile apps (the "Service"). These Terms form a binding agreement between you (the account holder, "you") and QuickieBill.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account and business details, and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

QuickieBill helps you create, send, and store invoices, and — on eligible plans — generate ZATCA-compliant tax invoices, QR codes, and submissions. QuickieBill is a software tool, not an accountant, tax agent, or legal adviser.

You remain the taxpayer of record and are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawful issuance of your invoices, VAT treatment, and any filings with ZATCA or other authorities. You are responsible for verifying that documents produced through the Service meet your legal obligations before you rely on or issue them.

QuickieBill offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (such as Basic and Pro). Plan features, limits, and prices are shown in the app at the time you subscribe and may be updated from time to time; the price and plan presented to you at checkout apply to your purchase. Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated.

Free trial. Where a free trial is offered, it is optional and requires a valid payment method up front. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged the plan price shown at checkout. The trial length is shown at checkout. Trials are limited to one per customer.

Auto-renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as selected) at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel. Billing and payment processing are handled by our payment processor, Stripe.

• You may cancel at any time from the billing settings in your account.
• When you cancel, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period; we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods except where required by applicable law.
• Cancelling during a free trial stops it converting and prevents the first charge.
• If a charge is made in error, contact us and we will review it in good faith.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• issue false, fraudulent, or misleading invoices or tax documents;
• break any applicable law, including tax, anti-money-laundering, and data-protection law;
• upload malicious code, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

You retain all rights to the business, client, and invoice data you put into the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data of your customers on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement applies.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by QuickieBill and its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.

The Service relies on third parties such as Stripe (payments), cloud hosting, email/SMS delivery, and messaging channels (e.g. WhatsApp). Your use of those features may be subject to the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it constitutes tax, accounting, or legal advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickieBill will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. payment, disclaimers, liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or in-app). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent courts of Saudi Arabia will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
